Because we all have days where our kitchen looks like this.
Or maybe it's just me? It actually doesn't look like this anymore. A messy kitchen Drives. Me. Crazy. It's amazing I let it get this messy, which is why I felt the need to take a picture. HA!
...and the living room looks like babies r us exploded in it.
Now this is pretty typical. Laundry waiting to be put away, various baby contraptions scattered about, dishes on the side table. The norm. But it works.
And the reason my house is a disaster is because this morning we were at the doctor with little miss so she could get some of these...
Thankfully we have Dixie. I don't know who would entertain Emma Claire if it weren't for this dog.
No matter how fussy she is I can set her down, pat the spot next to her, and this dog will run to her side.
And then let her hold tiny bits of fur in between her fingers. Precious.

Do t worry your not the only one with a house that looks like that. Shots are never any fun, poor baby. EC & the dog are so cute together!!

I literally just teared up when I saw that last picture haha! SO CUTE!!
and thank you for this post... reminds me I am human, and not the only one who lets a house get out of control sometimes ha! How did EC's shots go? We didnt have a 4 month appointment (not sure why our doc doesn't do them)... dreading 6 months- which is less than 2 weeks away :(
My house hasn't been my version of clean since the morning I went to the hospital. Oh well.
