Do You Pinterest?

Do any of you Pinterest? I just started and am already hooked! I set up my account a while ago but hadn't really done much with it.

It's a wonderful place to store ideas, SO much better than file folders on your computer! I'm still navigating the website and trying to figure it all out, but do any of you Pinterest? I would love to follow you!!! If you want to follow me here is my link!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

It's WEDNESDAY! Which means it's time to link up with Jamie at This Kind of Love for What I'm Loving Wednesday! :-)

My Handsome Hubster

{Two}
This REALLY cute picture of the Hubster as a youngin'

I have already said that we are in BIG trouble if our little girl looks anything like her daddy....pretty blue eyes (which are a given since mine are blue too!) blond hair and adorable little face! How can you resist that! Combine that with THIS...and we're in a real heap of trouble...

I was quite the wild child...always a ball of energy I never slowed down! I can't wait to see what Miss Emma Claire will be like :-)

The Fur-Babies

While Daddy is away at training and Mommy is off traveling, the little furry ones are having the time of their lives at Grammy and Grandpa's! They are in HEAVEN right now, they love staying at my parents house! They have a big backyard, a pool, lots of treats, and two other big dogs to play with! :-) Thanks Grammy and Grandpa for keeping them! I miss them like crazy though and can't wait to be done with traveling so I can see them again!

Being Five and a HALF months pregnant! :-)

Jude Deveraux's Wild Orchids

This is the latest book I've been reading! It's SO GOOD! I am already halfway through and I started yesterday! :-)

{Seven}
House Hunting

Ha! I couldn't resist this cute cartoon!!! I am finally in contact with a great realtor and will be traveling to the DC area in the next few weeks to actually house hunt! I have always loved looking at houses and I used to pretend to be my parents realtor when I was younger! ha! :-) I'm nervous to actually start the process of finding a place for us to live...my newest saying, "while the Hubster is away the wife must find a place for us to stay!" I have some wonderful family and friends supporting me along the way! Hopefully I can find a place that is right for us! I am itching to decorate Emma Claire's nursery!!!

The Boat House

While up here at the mountain house my father-in-law has been working hard on the boat house...trying to get it finished before the festivities this weekend. He's been working extremely hard and it shows, the boat house is SO CUTE! I love the color yellow that they're painting it!

The views from the top balcony of the boat house, so pretty!

The water is SO CLEAR!

You can see all of the fish swimming around under the dock, I've never seen water this clear in a lake!

The flowers up here are GORGEOUS! I've only taken a few pictures so far...I hope to take some more soon!

Monday in the Mountains

Emma Claire has to be the most well traveled baby in utero EVER! I have not stopped traveling since April, and it's not going to slow down any time soon! This week I am up at the Hubster's family's mountain house in North Georgia for 4th of July! It is BEAUTIFUL up here!

The view off of the back porch! Trust me when I say that these pictures don't do the view justice!

The view  from the front of the house!

Yep, it's 2:00 and only 80 degrees :-) A nice change from the blisteringly hot Texas heat!

Last night as a storm rolled in we decorated a bit for 4th of July!!! My mother-in-law made the adorable flower arrangement! How cool do the mountains look in the background?! Watching the storm come in over the mountains and the lake was really neat!

More 4th of July decor!

This is what I have to look forward to, this picture was taken at our lake a few years ago! The lake up here has been putting on it's annual fireworks show for almost 30 years and it's supposed to be one of the best in the country! :-)  I LOVE fireworks and can't wait for these!

22 Weeks

As I hit the five and a half month mark I feel more pregnant than any other week! The bump has finally decided to make it's appearance. While it was "there" before, I could put on pre-pregnancy clothes and still not "look pregnant". Well...now there's no real hiding it! I FINALLY ditched the regular shorts and am now sporting the super cool maternity stretchy shorts ;-) Hot stuff, let me tell you! Little Miss has also decided to make her presence known in a BIG way! She's a very active little one and I can now see her moving around when I lay down!

How Far Along: 22 Weeks

Size of Baby: She is 11in and almost a pound!!! (I can finally attribute some of the weight gain to the ACTUAL baby! ha!)

Total Weight Gain: 11lbs...and this section used to read "Total Weight Gain/Loss", let's be honest...there isn't any weight LOSS going on here...so i just took it off :-)

Maternity Clothes: Well it's about time, right?! I finally broke down and went shopping with my Mother-in-Law and The Hubster. I bought several maternity pieces! I now have shorts, shirts, dresses, and capri's! I also got some non-maternity dresses.

Gender: GIRL! :-)

Movement: ALL THE TIME! Well not ALL the time...but it's very frequent. She has somewhat of a "schedule" now! She's active usually after I eat in the morning, in the late afternoon, and always before bed!

What I Miss: I literally just thought of something to write here, but then forgot. So I'll go with easily remembering things! I forget things all of the time now! I'll go upstairs for something and then just stand there because I have no clue what I was going to get!

Cravings: Fruit..peaches in particular (lucky for me I'm in Georgia!), peanut butter on occasion and the newest is cinnamon. I'm eating Hot Tamales as I write this :-)

Symptoms: Round Ligament pain...I've had this almost my whole pregnancy but I don't think I've put it on here...that's about all lately!

Best Moment of the Week: There were lots of great moments...of course getting to see The Hubster! But I think that the moment that takes the cake is when he felt her really kick hard for the first time! He had been trying to feel her move ALL weekend but you know how it goes...baby moves, call hubby, he puts his hand on your tummy and the baby instantly stops moving. When he felt it he yelled, "Finally!" and was so excited! It was pretty cute :-)  He also got to see some of the movement while I was laying down!

What I'm Looking Forward To: I know this isn't technically pregnancy related but I got some new ribbon and I can't wait to make more bows!!! I'm obsessed and don't have my bow making box with me while traveling so when the in-laws and I went to HobLob I broke down and got some fun ribbon!!! I'm also excited for 4th of July at the mountains in North Georgia AND getting to see The Hubster again next weekend!!!

Baby Bump!

This is one of my all time favorite verses, not pregnancy related...it's just a great reminder to always speak kindly of others and watch what you say. Just remember that hateful words aren't just harmful to the person you're speaking them about but yourself as well. I think we can all be reminded of that from time to time. :-)

"Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." Proverbs 16:24

My Brother-in-Law

I already posted to Kelly's Show us Your Singles but I am going to post again...this time about my brother-in-law, Daniel! :-)

He is a wonderful guy who loves having fun, fishing, hunting, hanging out with friends, working out, sailing, and water skiing! He is 22 and is a great catch!

Daniel is from south Georgia originally, but traveled to Texas to attend Baylor University. He just recently graduated from Baylor in May with a degree in Management Information Systems. He is currently living in Texas and attending Baylor University to obtain his masters degree in MIS.

(Daniel is all the way to the right.)

Yep, there is another person that looks  just like him in this picture...he's a twin!!! :-)

The boys at their fraternity formal, Daniel is the one in the red!

And because I couldn't resist...here are the boys when they were little! :-) Were they not THE CUTEST children on the planet!? The Hubster is in the middle and Daniel is to the right!

If you are interested then leave me a comment or email me!!! :-)
