Playing Catch Up

Since I took a little {unintended} blogging hiatus I figured it is about time I play catch up. Our day to day life has been quite hectic lately but that doesn't mean that I don't still take one million pictures ;-) Just in case you were worried!

I got Emma Claire a foam play mat. Her favorite thing to do with it? Take it apart. Typical. 

I LOVE this picture. The hair, the lashes, the tongue, the tiny baby teeth..what's not to love!

 This is typically  how EC looks when she wakes up each morning. I love it.

We have attempted a few walks. It's just been too. dang. hot. So we have been running errands and playing inside a lot. 

Although we have had lots of fun that doesn't mean that we don't have our moments. 

I sent this picture to the hubs and told him that her future husband has no chance. He won't ever be able to say no to this face. 

I think the cause of our grumpiness is because of this little bugger! EC now has her first TOP tooth!

I love her personality. She's such a fun baby.

When did she become a big girl? I'm not ready for this!

The other morning she had quite the case of baby bed head!

Lately she has been doing this smile where she squints her eyes and close mouth smiles. It's adorable. 

I was tickled pink to find a stand and play busy block at a garage sale for TEN DOLLARS! Score! EC loves it too!

All in all we have been having tons of fun. Daddy has been working a lot lately so we have had a good bit of Mommy-Baby time. Even though some days are long I have to say that I am just loving my "job". Being a stay at home isn't easy by any definition but it is definitely the most rewarding job I've ever had.

Sweets and I cuddling on the couch yesterday. She was being so cuddly I had to snap a few {okay more like 30} pictures. ;-)  If you look closely you can see her top tooth in the upper right portion of her mouth!
