Lounge Lizard

A few days ago we got out of the house early and went to Wal-Mart to get gardening supplies. Well while browsing through the flowers I spotted this sweet little chair and just about died. A teeny tiny baby Adirondack chair!

I feel like this picture doesn't do the chair justice. It is SO tiny!!! I need to do a size comparison picture. When I put Emma Claire in it yesterday and she literally sat like this all on her own. I think she liked her chair. Although she Would. Not. Smile. At least not for Mommy...

Her puppy came up and she was all smiles. Yes I said HER puppy. I've already decided that gone are the days where Dixie was our dog...she now loves Emma Claire way more. And this girl LOVES her puppy. Dixie will come over and lay her head down by Emma Claire and nuzzle her hand for her to pet her. Just about the sweetest thing every.

Sweet cheeks. I just cannot get over how cute she is in all of her spring/summer bubbles. Although they are all 6-9mo so they're ginormous on her, but hey at least she will get a lot of use out of them! Yesterday it was close to 90 degrees here! We did some more planting and played outside a little bit. Emma Claire helped me plant my hanging Pansie baskets and some strawberries! The porch project is getting close to being done! I need to spray paint some decorations and the table will need to be re painted eventually but that is the last thing on my project list.

Speaking of spring and summer clothing. I bought this little romper when I was pregnant and as soon as it got warm enough I knew that this would be the spring-ey first outfit I would put her in.
