With the popularity of Scentsy I have no doubt that a lot of you have a Scentsy warmer in your home...and I'll be willing to bet that some of you have even spilled your Scentsy onto carpet. Well I had been lucky enough to avoid this problem, until last weekend when this happened...
YIKES! Needless to say I didn't think it would ever come out. Let me tell ya folks...that wax was REEEEALLY in the carpet.
With a little research I found out that there is an extremely simple solution that involves an iron and some paper towels...okay a LOT of paper towels.
Simply turn your iron on low...
Press over paper towel and wax will be absorbed!
Remove the paper towel when it has been saturated and repeat until it is all gone!
It does take a lot of paper towels but it's worth it!!!
I was SO impressed! I didn't think it would work but it DID!
So there ya have it...if you ever spill your Scentsy, don't panic! It's an easy fix!!! It didn't even stain the carpet fibers and I have practically white carpet!

I have heard of that solution to spilled wax and wondered if it worked...so I am a believer now. I have heard you can also do this to tablecloths where candle wax has dripped on them during a meal. PS....my little Baylor has a bear coming his way for Christmas. Thanks so much for your help Mallorie. Will post a picture on my blog after Christmas!
