I know each season there are always fun crafts made with baby hand and foot prints floating around blog land and pinterest. Well I jumped on the bandwagon after seeing some cute artwork done by miss Cait.
I decided I wanted our footprint project to be little ghosts. I LOVE the finished product. And of course our ghosts have bows, why wouldn't they?
Our hand print craft was a spider. Now this one was significantly more difficult. Getting an almost one year old to flatten her hand. Impossible.
And yes. Our spider had a bow as well. And fancy girly eyelashes, obviously.
Now if you're under the impression that these crafts are easy and done quickly then you are wrong. Very very wrong. I can report that when Emma Claire and I finished up our painting session we were both covered in paint and crying. That being said I am so glad we did this and I know these pieces of art are something I will cherish for years to come.

I love them both!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this!
LOVE these crafts! I've done the spider hand print with my little man this year but I think we'll have to try the ghosts, too :)
These are SO CUTE!!!! I might have to try one of them with my little guy and the little guy I watch! So fun :)
THey are both so very precious! And I totally feel you on how hard these kinds of crafts are! I had some major fails last holiday season but I'm still glad I did them! And even more glad I held on to the "mess ups."
Love them both! I have a footprint of Liam's I did last Halloween, but never finished it. You have inspired me to *hopefully* finish it! Too bad his can't have a bow - too cute!
I LOVE how you added the bow to the footprint;) So Cute!

Super cute! Baby girl and I will be doing some feet print crafts this weekend while hubby is gone hunting. I predict we will both be crying and covered in paint by the end too!
