Fitness Friday


Well I failed to link up last week, OOPS! My in-laws were in town and it was just a crazy week! I continued to eat well but didn't get moving as much as I would've liked! This week I've done really well with eating and I'm proud to say I'm just below my pre-pregnancy weight! yay! :-) I am having a really hard time wanting to work out. I think it's because by the time I have a moment to myself to work out I've gone up and down our three flights of stairs about 103 times and have been running around our house all day. That is my goal for next week, to find the time (and energy) to do daily stretches and work out!

I agree-it's hard to want to spend the little time we mama's have to ourselves working out! I have that same exact problem. Way to go on hitting your pre preg weight!

We have an elliptical but I can't use it. Someone won't let me put him down. Ever.

whoo hoo on pre-pregnancy weight!! Ummm...could you attribute it to all those trips up and down the stairs?! ;) I feel like I am running around like crazy on some days. Today Adeline didn't want to be put down AT ALL and when I was holding her she didn't want me sitting...those sweet babes give us a workout just being themselves sometimes! On the MyFitnessPal app you can count house cleaning as cardio...LOVE that! So glad you linked up...keep up the awesome work!
