My first weekend in Texas we went over to my Aunt & Uncle's house to have a little family get together! It was so fun to have almost our entire family together. Several of my cousins were serving our country overseas and are back now, I was in town with Emma Claire, AND we had out of town family BACK in town! It was so much fun to see everyone!
I love this picture. I feel like Emma Claire looks SO much like my husband here. She also looks very different and "grown up" to me. I know that may sound weird because she is seven months old but she looks more like an "older" baby than a "baby baby". This may not make any sense to you, but if you get it then you know what I mean! ha!
My aunt had the CUTEST red baby rocking chair. I, of course, wanted a cute picture of EC in her cute red bikini in the red rocking chair. She had other ideas! ha!
There were a ton of people that she wasn't used to being around so she was just a tad overwhelmed ;-) Poor thing. She did just great though and my family was awesome and didn't try to hold her. I know it was so hard because everyone wants to hold a baby, but in EC's case that would have caused WWIII right then and there!

We had such a fun family day! Emma Claire did great overall and we got to stay for most of the party! Aunt Paige was also in town and got to come with us. I am so grateful that I come from such a fun and loving family. I miss everyone already!

She does look like your hubby in that first picture but that's an adorable pic of the two of you. The second to last picture is so sweet & the last picture is adorable too. EC looks so happy
