This Saturday our little family got to experience something pretty neat in the heart of DC. We were lucky enough to go on a tour of the White House gardens. It was a gorgeous day and we invited our friends from church and their sweet little girl. We had a blast and it was such an awesome experience!
Both girls took their very first Metro ride. They loved it!
Obligatory "in front of the white house pictures" :-) It was seriously such a gorgeous day. The weather couldn't have been better.
The lawn was covered with pictures of each first family planting "their" trees. So neat to read.

And there she goes. Please note that everyone else was yelled at if a single toe touched the lawn. Our child ran laps and played on the putting green.

We had a blast and feel so blessed to be able to have experiences like this and share them with friends!

OH MY GOSH!!! I am so jealous of your picture taking skills! I want them now ha! Seriously though, you three are too cute (esp LOVE that last pic ;) ) hehe! It looks sooo beautiful! I can not wait to come and see yall when Miss SJ is a little older! Miss you tons!! (ps that other little angel is just ADORABLE!! love that tiny bow ;) )
