Now, I'm not usually one that cares what other people think BUT I need some advice. Tonight I purchased a rug for our formal living room. I already have two sitting chairs and have been on the hunt for a loveseat or settee for weeks. I have narrowed it down to two I love and would like to know y'alls opinions. In case you don't know our walls are grey, we have wood floors, and our coffee table is a dark espresso that matches the legs of the chairs.
So, which would you choose?
Option one or option two?
Help a sista out and tell me your favorite!
PS I do have a favorite...but I'm not telling you. That just wouldn't be fair would it? ;-)

I like them both but my fave is the first one! I like the bolder fabric since the others are simple and I like that it has arms since the chairs don't - mixes it up a bit! But BOTH will look great :)
Option 2!! I like that bench style seating more for some reason.

I also really like both but I would pick option 2! I like the bench seat. Again both are great picks so I dont think you can go wrong!
I think both prints are really cute, but I think Option 2 will be more comfortable...
Option 1! It stands out/pops more. I feel like option 2 blends in with the rug too much. They are both nice though!

option 2! love that long couch much better. The top one looks like somethg you would see in an old lady's home... just my opinion. I think you should go w/ur fav tho too!
Also out of curiosity, where is the rug from? I'm currently looking for rugs and am struggling to did reasonably priced large rugs!
Option 1 - more color contrast.
I like the first one better. I like the higher back and the fact that it has arms.
Option 2! It looks more comfortable, but I might would worry about EC falling off since it doesnt have arms.
I vote Option 1---I like the pattern on the couch thing:)

I LOVE the first one! I feel like it still goes but it's not too matchy matchy.. .ps I love reading about your cute little family!
Option 2 looks more comfy! The option 1 couch looks like you have to sit prim and proper...but maybe that's how you want people to act in a formal living room!
