So I feel like I have been a slacker blogger lately but I have good reason. Emma Claire is now WALKING! I feel like she took a few steps several weeks ago and wasn't impressed with the whole "walking" thing. But then a few days ago she decided she wanted to walk, so she did! She can now get up on her own when she falls so I consider her a "true" walker. She does still crawl some, but not much! I have the cutest video of her that I cannot get to upload. You can follow the link below to watch it on YouTube. It's just precious, if I do say so myself!
I also found a cute picture of the hubs taken when he was eleven months old and just started walking. Coincidentally Emma Claire is eleven months old and has just started walking too so I had to try and get a similar shot to compare.
I'm pretty sure they have the same legs. I just love this. They even hold their arms the same when they walk! I know I have baby Mallorie pictures like this too but my father in law has several albums of scanned baby pictures on Facebook that I was able to pull from. :-) At EC's party I plan on having lots of pictures of the hubs AND I along with Emma Claire's pictures to compare. I really do think she is a perfect mix of both of us.

Go E.C.! She has beaten Holden to walking! ;) She and your hubs do have the same legs! And I find it very sweet that your FIL has pics of his kids when they were babies on facebook! Awww!
